Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using Moss Image AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.

The Service

Moss Image AI provides text-to-image generation and related account, credit, subscription, history, support, and publishing features. Features, model providers, limits, output formats, and availability may change as the service develops. Public pages may describe capabilities that are subject to the limits shown in the product at the time of use.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Do not share access or create accounts to bypass limits, promotions, or enforcement actions. Notify us through in-product support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prompts, Inputs, and Outputs

You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded materials, and other inputs. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit them. You must review generated images before using or publishing them. AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for a particular purpose; Moss Image AI does not guarantee that an output is unique, error-free, or free of third-party rights.

Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party model terms, you may use outputs from your account for lawful personal or commercial projects. You retain your rights in materials you provide. You grant Moss Image AI the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and store your inputs and outputs to operate the service, provide support, maintain security, and enforce these Terms.

Credits, Plans, and Payments

Some features require credits or a paid plan. Prices, included credits, validity periods, and limits are shown at checkout or in the product. Credits are usage units, are not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. We may refuse, reverse, or expire credits when required by the product rules, a refund, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize the applicable charge when you complete checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the plan shown at checkout until canceled through the available account controls. Cancellation normally stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Refunds are handled according to the product flow and applicable law; contact in-product support if a payment or credit grant is incorrect.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Moss Image AI to:

• Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or evade sanctions or access restrictions.
• Create or distribute malware, scams, spam, harassment, threats, or content that exploits or sexualizes minors.
• Generate deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content intended to facilitate fraud or abuse.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Upload secrets, payment credentials, or sensitive personal data that you do not need to process.
• Probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its providers.
• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, payment controls, or account restrictions.

We may remove content, limit generation, suspend access, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

Third-Party Providers

Image generation, payments, storage, email, analytics, and authentication may rely on third-party providers. Their services can have separate terms, licenses, limits, or outages. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of generated outputs must comply with any terms that apply to the underlying model or provider.

Intellectual Property

Moss Image AI and its software, branding, interface, documentation, and original service content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You may not copy, resell, or create a competing service from the platform except as allowed by law and written permission.

Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. Keep backups of important prompts and images.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirement, or operational necessity. Provisions that should continue after termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions, will survive.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moss Image AI and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Moss Image AI for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
